This certification is more than just a badge—it’s a testament to our commitment to Norwegian quality and the incredible heritage of our coastal route.     What does "Made in Norway" mean? 

    The "Made in Norway" trademark is a prestigious certification launched by Innovation Norway, designed to highlight the exceptional quality and innovation that Norwegian companies bring to the table.  

    For Havila Voyages, earning this certification means that our ships, services, and values all meet the highest standards of Norwegian craftsmanship and eco-friendly practices. It also enhances our ability to compete internationally, showcasing Norway's excellence on a global scale. 

     “We are sailing in the world heritage. So should the generations to come”. These words have been spoken many times by Per Sævik, the founder of the Havila Voyages. It all started in the year 1957, when he – at the age of 16 – bought his very first fishing boat. It was paid for by money he had earned from working on another fishing boat – every second day since the age of 12.   

    A Norwegian-owned company with deep roots

The Havila Group has long contributed to value creation and jobs along the Norwegian coast, which has culminated in the Havila Voyages venture.
